1. Overview

This website is operated by M2 Ovation Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to M2 Ovation Limited. M2 Ovation Limited offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, region, or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Products & Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), or local currency equivalents as converted by payment gateways at checkout. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products (including PePs Ovation, Bodi Ovation, and our direct French imports) to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Lost Shipments

Tracking Status "Delivered": If the courier's tracking system marks your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with household members, building reception/concierge, or neighbors first. M2 Ovation Limited is not responsible for packages officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Lost in Transit: A shipment is officially considered lost in transit if there is no tracking update for more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date.
Reporting Window: You must report any non-receipt of your order within 14 days from the dispatch date by emailing contact@m2ovation.com with your order number. Beyond this 14-day window, we cannot open an official investigation with the carrier.
Resolution: Once the logistics carrier officially confirms the package as lost following an inquiry, we will offer you either a free replacement reshipment or a full refund.
Incorrect Address: M2 Ovation Limited is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Additional re-shipping fees will apply to re-send the package.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
